Premium red midium dry wine made from raisins of streaked grapes of the Plavac Mali variety, which grow on the protected location Dingač at the south-western part of the Pelješac vineyards. Dingač is the first protected Croatian wine (1961) with an average yield of 0.7 kg per vine. The Dingač wine has a dark ruby color, with rich and complex aromas as well as a strong tannin structure.
After fermentation, the wine is served for 10 months in new French barrique barrels.
